NAVI Search and Service NAVI: These tools allow users to view and search technical resources such as manuals, troubleshooting guides, and instructional videos. The application permits the pre-downloading of offline content onto portable devices to minimize reliance on public network connections like 5G/4G/LTE. It currently supports a specified list of models as of October 2021.

Parts Search: Simplifying the process of unit information retrieval, this function assists in identifying the latest unit details (parts numbers and names) that can be copied for use in specified formats. It caters to almost all KYOCERA MFPs/Printers incorporating managed units identifiable by their 10th or 12th digit serial numbers.

App User Guide: Offers comprehensive user manuals detailing both basic app operation and in-depth feature operation guidelines.

License Management Tool: Users can access the "License Management Tool" application from within the ServiceNAVI Plus platform. This tool enables the activation of Speed Licenses essential for specific functionalities.
